The shop has done a great job for all the service work I have had done, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Rod did a better tune-up on my Litespeed than any other shop.

My experience with Mortl's is excellent. We were fitted perfectly when we bought our bikes 3 years ago. Whenever we come in we are greeted by the staff. We feel comfortable having work done on our bikes. Becky is the sweetest person. Always very kind. She knows how important my Grandsons are to me. Love the emails for sales

The service is top notch and friendly. They worked with me during the last day of their fathers day sale and it was raining the whole time, some times hard and sideways but they sat there with me waiting for the rain to lighten up for test rides. There was no pressure to buy one bike over the other, or to make a quick decision. I went back and forth between 2 bikes for a while and they assured me that I could keep testing them, as they wanted me to leave with the right bike for me. It was an enjoyable experience for a rainy day. Thanks again guys!
